01 Agreement
By accessing or using PromptWall ("the Service") operated by NullVector Ltd ("NullVector", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These terms apply to all users of PromptWall including free, Growth, and Enterprise plan subscribers.
02 The Service
PromptWall provides AI-powered security analysis tools for AI agents including:
- AI security scanning of agent system prompts
- Automated red team attack simulation
- Permission scope auditing
- Security report generation
- Policy management tools
PromptWall is a security analysis tool. Our findings are recommendations based on AI analysis and should be reviewed by qualified security professionals before action is taken. We do not guarantee that our analysis identifies all vulnerabilities in your AI agents.
03 Acceptable Use
You may use PromptWall only to scan AI agents that you own or have explicit written permission to security test. You must not:
- Scan AI agents belonging to third parties without their permission
- Use PromptWall to develop attacks against AI systems you do not own
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract our AI security probe library
- Submit content that contains illegal material or violates third party rights
- Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws including the EU AI Act and GDPR
- Share your account credentials or API access with unauthorised parties
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits or billing controls
Unauthorised security testing of AI systems you do not own may be illegal in your jurisdiction. NullVector accepts no liability for misuse of the PromptWall platform. Accounts found to be conducting unauthorised testing will be immediately suspended.
04 Your Data and Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of all content you submit to PromptWall including agent system prompts, descriptions, and any other materials.
By submitting content to PromptWall you grant NullVector a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the security analysis service you have requested.
We do not claim ownership of your AI agents, system prompts, or security findings. We do not use your submitted content to train AI models or share it with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.
05 Plans and Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. All prices are in Euros and exclude VAT where applicable. Irish VAT at the prevailing rate applies to Irish customers. EU business customers may apply their VAT number to receive invoices on a reverse charge basis.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months.
06 EU AI Act Compliance Obligations
As a user of PromptWall you acknowledge that:
- PromptWall generates AI-assisted security findings — these are recommendations, not legal compliance certifications
- You remain responsible for your own compliance with the EU AI Act for AI systems you deploy
- PromptWall scan reports may be used as supporting documentation in your own AI Act conformity assessments but do not constitute a formal conformity assessment
- You should engage a qualified legal and technical advisor for full EU AI Act compliance
07 Limitation of Liability
PromptWall is provided as a security analysis tool. To the maximum extent permitted by Irish and EU law:
- NullVector does not warrant that PromptWall will identify all vulnerabilities in your AI agents
- NullVector is not liable for any security breach that occurs in an AI agent that has been scanned by PromptWall
- Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Irish or EU consumer law.
08 Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms, particularly the Acceptable Use provisions. We will attempt to notify you by email before termination unless the violation is severe.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon termination we will delete your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
09 Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service. We will give you at least 30 days notice by email before significant changes take effect. Continued use of PromptWall after that period constitutes acceptance. If you do not accept the new terms you may cancel your account before they take effect.
10 Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts. If you are a consumer in another EU member state you may also have the right to bring proceedings in your local courts under EU consumer protection law.
